We are well versed in the ASME pressure vessel code, FEA analysis, and 3D solid
modeling along with process and instrumentation diagrams and flow diagrams.
We have worked with materials including: plastics, carbon steel (ex: A36, 516 Grd
70), stainless steels (ex: 300 and 400 series, Duplex) and specialty alloys (ex:
Inconel, Hastelloy, Titanium).
We are well versed in a variety of welding processes (ex: TIG, Flux core, MIG, Sub
Arc and stick welding) and weld joint configurations. We have had to weld highly
fatigued shafts with Diametric TIG welders to ensure proper backside weld
smoothness and uniformity.
Our background stems from projects that range from 1 day to 2 years and cost from as
little as $1000 to upwards of $8 million. Projects range from small single piece
replacement parts to complex large fabricated machined assemblies. These
projects require knowledge of welding, fabrication and machining methods and
material selection.
