All work is performed with Prosurveillance personnel. This improves quality, internal accountability, monitoring and scheduling flexibility. More than one person is kept abreast of the each project to ensure experienced and up-to-date coverage is always available. Constant client communications enable our clients access to first hand knowledge on the status and issues regarding their project.

Prosurveillance provides a full range of supplier surveillance services, which include any or all of the following:

• Contractual Obligation Compliance

  • Prosurveillance will review the required specifications and ensure the supplier understands the specifications and have the capability to adhere to these specifications. We also will review and assess the suppliers internal quality assurance program and manufacturing control procedures. 

• Project Timeline Tracking / Scheduling/ Expediting

  • Maintaining a schedule is always a major part of the success of a project. We at Prosurveillance understand the necessity to identify critical path items and prioritizing workflow to ensure projects are completed on time and utilize resources efficiently. This is a vital ongoing process with production personnel to insist proper attention is being paid to these items in order to keep the project on track. We have had projects with expedited deliveries from one day, for small components, and up to 24 months for large assemblies consisting of many overseas outsourced items coming together on critical timelines
• Milestone Hold/Witness Points
  • Prosurveillance will review milestones with the supplier(s) on a regular basis and notify our clients in advance when these established milestones will take place. Digital pictures of the milestone events and witness points are electronically documented to satisfy our client’s requirements.
• Source Inspection /Material Receipt Inspection

  • Prosurveillance can and has provided receipt inspections for: 

    - supplier received material,

    - supplier received outsourced parts,

    - supplier received client’s parts.

    We will follow through to ensure our client receives the material certifications and that any and all material and documentation have identifiable and traceable markings. We verify product integrity and conformance to satisfied requirements.

• Test Witnessing

  • Testing is a critical part of any manufacturing process. Prosurveillance has experience with a number of non-destructive testing methods including:

    - Helium & Ammonia leak testing

    - Liquid Dye Penetrant examination

    - Hydro/Pneumatic testing

    - Ultrasonic testing

    - X-Ray examination

    - Fatigue testing

• Assembly Run-offs
  • Prosurveillance is well versed in assembly run offs and will ensure the entire assembly adheres to the established specifications and contractual performance obligations. We will ensure supplier compliance with all the final mechanical, electrical and testing parameters. Any deviation or non-conformance will be noted and reviewed with our clients prior to proceeding.  
• Final Documentation Audit
  • At this point in the project, the supplier has satisfied scheduling, testing and quality requirements and must prepare all of the applicable documentation to meet the contractual obligations. Prosurveillance will review all final documentation for accuracy and completeness. Non-conformances will be documented.
• Packaging & Shipment
  • Prosurveillance has provided supervision for proper labeling and packaging of components and assemblies along with ensuring adequate transportation arrangements and delivery acceptance requirements have been addressed prior to final shipment release. 

In addition to the statutory inspection, Prosurveillance can perform inspections to satisfy the client's project and purchase order requirements. Additional inspection can be required to verify order specifications for dimensions, painting, finishing and external or internal components of the equipment. These inspections are normally not covered by statutory code requirements. With our knowledge of rotating process and vacuum equipment, we can also assist you with the arduous task of developing the specifications. We can also provide pre-award surveys to assess supplier capabilities.
